President Obama’s plan to prevent foreclosures has resulted in the Making Home Affordable program, which assists home borrowers with loan refinancing and modifications. Up to 9 Million American families may be eligible for these programs!
- The Loan Refinancing program is designed for homeowners who aren't able to refinance perhaps due to declining property value.
- The Loan Modification program is designed for homeowners who are having trouble making mortgage payments because their rate has increased or their income has declined.
