What are your goals? New Computer? Car? College? Career? Eventually a home of your own? Financial independence? All of the above?

MHV wants to be your financial partner to help you achieve all your goals. And there’s no better time to start than now. By joining MHV and learning to make smart money decisions, you’ll be taking the first steps toward financial success.

Here are some MHV programs and services to get you started.

Share Savings Account - This is a basic savings account that establishes your membership in the credit union.

Checking Account - Credit union checking is free; all you pay for are the checks themselves, and any exception items. Use your checks to pay bills or make purchases. You can also apply for a debit (check) card, a plastic check that’s readily accepted wherever Visa is honored; it clears directly from your checking account, just as paper checks do.

ATM Access - Use your check card, or apply for an ATM Cache Card for account access at network ATMs worldwide and at select Point-of-Sale (POS) locations, such as supermarkets and gas stations. Some POS locations also offer a cash-back option, often without a surcharge. If you’re not in the vicinity of MHVFCU ATMs, you can avoid ATM surcharges at Key Bank ATMs in New York State or any ATM nationwide bearing a SUM or Co-Op Network logo.

Car Loans - Need wheels to get back and forth to school or work? The credit union specializes in low-cost car loans.

Visa Credit Cards - Visa credit cards offer ready credit, no annual fee, low rates and travel accident insurance.

Free Internet Home Banking & Bill Payer - Access your account on-line to check account balances, transfer funds and even pay your bills.

Free e-Statements - No need to wait for snail mail. Get fast, secure access to your statements and save a tree!

Young Adult Package - Designed for those 16-22 to help you get on the road to financial independence.

Student Loans - Pick up an application at any branch office or visit SallieMae.com.

College Survival Kit - Much of what's listed here is contained in our College Survival Kit, designed to send you off with the tools you need to manage your money while you're at school. There are also helpful suggestions for your parents, who may be wondering where to turn for help in financing your education.

We’d be happy to give you more information. Visit any branch, call 800-451-8373, or e-mail ContactUs@MHVFCU.com.
