We are currently seeking several individuals to fill Platform Member Service Representatives positions in multiple locations throughout Dutchess, Orange, and Ulster counties.  We are looking for motivated, confident individuals to join our team. Candidates must have prior sales experience with proven sales results.  
The Platform Member Service Representative will be responsible for “taking care of our members’ financial needs” in all capacities.  Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to; assuring that members have the most appropriate personalized product mix, processing new accounts, IRA, certificate, loan, and teller transactions, member problem resolution, balancing the branch, as well as identifying cross sell opportunities while actively selling credit union products and services through daily contact to existing and potential members.
The individual chosen will be a self-starter with one or more year(s) of similar or related experience.  He or she will be personable, with self-confidence and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Successful candidates must be motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and work well in a pressured environment.
