We are seeking a dynamic, confident, self-starter to join our team as an Account Specialist in our Outbound Call Center. Prior outbound call center experience is strongly preferred. Flexible hours, including evenings and some Saturdays, will also be a requirement of this position.
Responsibilities of the Account Specialist include, but are not limited to, making outbound calls to current members in support of various sales, member service, and marketing campaigns. Successful candidate will demonstrate a high service level philosophy and have a strong background in relationship management, particularly as it relates to financial services and products.
Individual must have superior listening and verbal communication skills. Organizational, time management and problem analysis skills are crucial, as is an immunity to call reluctance and rejection.
We are currently seeking to fill Teller positions in various branch locations throughout Dutchess, Ulster, and Orange counties. Candidates should have sales and customer service experience, and financial experience is a plus.
Responsibilities for the teller position include, but are not limited to; assisting members with their financial transactions, involving paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments, in a professional and courteous manner, cross-selling credit union products & services, and balancing a cash drawer.
Candidates chosen will be personable, with self confidence and have an outgoing personality. Successful candidates must be motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and work well in a pressured environment. Successful candidates will be responsible to attain established goals for cross selling credit union products and services.
