Mortgage Manager
We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Manager to oversee the Mortgage Origination team.  Candidates should have a minimum of five years of related experience.
 
The individual in this position will be responsible for the daily supervision of the Origination process, including origination, processing, closing, and all related functions.  Candidate must have current experience with FNMA,TRID compliance and SONYMA,  strong knowledge of investor guidelines to assure compliance based on income, credit, collateral, and assets.  Additionally, this individual will manage the pipeline, prepare reports as needed to comply with Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, and perform the functions of Underwriter, Processor, Closer, and Opener as needed.
 
Candidate must have strong time management, organizational, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple workloads with successful results.
 
 
Call Center Representatives

We are currently seeking to fill several positions in our Call Center.  The Call Center is a fast-paced, customer service- focused environment! Candidates should have sales and customer service experience, and financial experience is a plus.  Our Call Center is open Monday-Friday from 8am to 8pm, and Saturday from 8am-5pm.

The role of the Call Center Representative is to assist members over the phone with their Credit Union needs by explaining products and services, opening new accounts, processing loan requests, responding to problems, making recommendations to satisfy member needs, assisting members with our home banking suite of products, and directing members to the appropriate individuals as needed.

Candidates chosen will be personable, with self confidence and have an outgoing personality. Successful candidates must be motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and work well in a pressured environment.  Successful candidates will be responsible to attain established goals for cross selling credit union products and services.

 
Teller Positions
We are currently seeking to fill Teller positions in various branch locations throughout Dutchess, Ulster, and Orange counties.  Candidates should have sales and customer service experience, and financial experience is a plus.
 
Responsibilities for the teller position include, but are not limited to; assisting members with their financial transactions, involving paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments, in a professional and courteous manner, cross-selling credit union products & services, and balancing a cash drawer.
 
Candidates chosen will be personable, with self confidence and have an outgoing personality. Successful candidates must be motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and work well in a pressured environment.  Successful candidates will be responsible to attain established goals for cross selling credit union products and services.
