Kathryn Bonelli has been awarded the Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union (MHV) Chairman’s Award for TALENT as announced by Gary Anderson, Chairman of the Board. Anderson maintains the value of the award is to encourage employees to go above and beyond and acknowledge employees’ dedication and commitment to MHV.
TALENT is an acronym that represents the winning attributes of Top Performance, Availability, Leadership, Energy, New Vision and Teamwork.
The Chairman presented Kathryn with the award at a recent Board meeting.
“MHV is very proud of its’ employees for their daily commitment to both internal and external member service,” says Anderson. “It’s important to let employees know just how much they contribute to the success of the credit union by awarding those who consistently make the extra effort to go above and beyond.”
Along with the Board, Anderson recognizes how well Kathryn personifies each of the components of the award, including top performance, availability, leadership, energy, new vision, and teamwork. Kathryn’s attention to detail, exceptional communication, and ability to foster strong relationships sets her apart. Always willing to collaborate with peers and volunteer to help when needed, Kathryn showcases her dedication to teamwork and her drive to contribute collective success. In addition to the value Kathryn brings internally to MHV, her commitment to social responsibility exemplifies the core values of the credit union. Her volunteer efforts with local organizations, such as People’s Place, have a positive impact on the members we serve, and we are proud to have Kathryn represent MHV within the community.
