Leonard (Lenny) Iannizzotto has been awarded the Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union (MHV) Chairman’s Award for TALENT as announced by Gary Anderson, Chairman of the Board. Anderson maintains the value of the award is to encourage employees to go above and beyond, and acknowledge employees’ dedication and commitment to MHV.

TALENT is an acronym that represents the winning attributes of Top Performance, Availability, Leadership, Energy, New Vision and Teamwork.

The Chairman presented Lenny with the award to the applause of directors and management at the November 14th board meeting.

“MHV is very proud of its employees for their daily commitment to both internal and external member service,” says Anderson. “It’s important to let employees know just how much they contribute to the success of the credit union by awarding those who consistently make the extra effort to go above and beyond.”

Lenny began his career with MHV in 2014 as a Call Center Representative. He has since been promoted to Quality Assurance Specialist. Lenny is responsible for monitoring the calls our Contact Center receives, assessing them for quality standards and providing coaching and training to the representatives.

Lenny has worked with the Contact Center since its inception, and has continually expanded his knowledge and role beyond what is required of him. He is a top resource for questions around many of MHV’s products and services, and his input is often sought by his manager and managers across the organization. He is a trusted asset not only in the Contact Center, but for Branch and Corporate Office staff as well.

As Lenny’s manager, Guy Greco, states, "Lenny has always seemed to be on a quest to learn more about every aspect of what impacts the members that call us. He is always willing to go the extra mile for teammates and members. Lenny is indispensable to my team.”

Lenny graduated from Kingston High School, earned his Bachelor’s Degree from SUNY Cortland and his MBA in Leadership from Walden University. He grew up in Lake Katrine with his parents, Denise and Lenny, and sister, Dana and currently lives in Cottekill with his wife Alicia and their cat Manny.
