We’re excited to introduce Victoria Meurer, the new Branch Manager at our Saugerties Branch. Victoria brings a deep commitment to member service, a strong foundation in credit union operations, and a passion for fostering team growth.
From Teller to Leader
Victoria began her career in the credit union industry in 2014, starting as a teller and quickly progressing into member service roles. Her dedication and drive led her to take on increasing responsibilities, moving from part-time to full-time, and eventually stepping into leadership. These early experiences gave her a well-rounded perspective on both frontline service and operational excellence.
Leading Through Experience and Empathy
As a leader, Victoria combines practical experience with a people-first mindset. She believes in building a branch culture where employees feel supported, empowered, and motivated to give their best every day. “It’s important to me that my team feels heard and valued,” she says. “When we work well together, our members feel that connection too.”

Building Community, One Relationship at a Time
Now at MHV, Victoria is excited to connect with the Saugerties community and build meaningful relationships with both members and local businesses. She views every interaction as an opportunity to make a positive impact- whether that’s helping a member with a financial decision or mentoring a colleague on their career journey.
Looking Ahead
Victoria is enthusiastic about the future and proud to bring her experience and passion for service to Mid-Hudson Valley Credit Union. “I’m looking forward to growing with the team here and making a difference not just inside the branch, but throughout the community as well.”
