Business Spotlight Guidelines
Dear Valued Business Owner,
We appreciate your participation in our Business Spotlight display program, which allows us to showcase and support our local small business community.
The Small Business Spotlight highlights our business members, providing visibility both within our branches and via social media. The in-branch spotlight offers a standalone display cabinet with a surface area available for your display. Please note additional display guidelines below.
You are welcome to photograph and share your spotlight table on your social media channels (tag us if you do!). We will also photograph and share the display and your business via our social media channels.
We want to assure you that we are committed to doing everything reasonably possible to ensure the safety and security of your display. However, we would like to bring to your attention that, despite our best efforts, there may still be some risks beyond our control. As our branch is open to the public, there is a possibility that unintentional incidents may occur. For example, someone may accidentally bump into or knock over items on your display, or a child may mistake an item as free and pick it up. While we will take prompt action to prevent such incidents when possible, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against these occurrences.
We will make every effort to secure your display, however, please understand that there is no guarantee that all items will be returned, and/or items may be damaged.
Clearly label items that are not for free or not to be touched. Informing visitors can help prevent misunderstandings.
We want you to creatively present your brand, however, we need to be sure that your chosen display is not in any way dangerous or offensive to the community. We reserve the right to ask you to modify your display and/or we may revoke your opportunity.
You assume full liability for anything in your display. If your display causes harm to anyone or to our location, you will be responsible.
We want to emphasize that your participation in our program is highly valued, and we are dedicated to providing a supportive and respectful environment for your business.
