What is this interview?

Why do we want to talk to you about your experience with checking accounts?

Well, to be frank, because we can try to guess what people want in a checking account.

But only people like you know what you want.

MHV knows checking accounts need a refresh.

But we want to do it right.

So this is your chance to tell us: what should a checking account be?

Here’s what will happen

This will be a conversation with two members of the MHV Marketing team. We’ll talk with you for 40 minutes to an hour via MS
Teams (like Zoom). The call is recorded for note-taking purposes only. This won’t be a traditional question and answer interview.

Your story is what matters. There’s no right or wrong. There’s no “what would they want to hear.” We want to understand you, your checking decisions, and why you make those decisions.
