Digital Banking Updates

November 5th, 2024 - Update

Your enhanced Digital Banking experience is here, and we are so excited for you to explore the new platform! Now that we are live, please be sure to take the following steps:

    Remove the old MHV App from your Mobile Device

    Step 2

    Download our new app from the App Store or Google Play
  3. 3

    Step 3

    Log in for the first time with your existing credentials on either the Mobile App or through the login boxes at the top of our website

    Follow the prompts to update your password and accept the first time login disclaimer

November 4th, 2024 - Update

Tomorrow is the day you’ve been waiting for - our enhanced Digital Banking experience will go live, and we can’t wait for you to explore all the exciting features!

Here’s what you need to do, starting at 8:00 AM tomorrow:

1. Download the New App: Head to the App Store or Google Play to download our updated app to your device. 

2. Digital Banking Access: Prefer using your browser? No problem! You can log into Digital Banking through our website as usual.

First Time Access:

Simply log in with your existing credentials. You will then be prompted with steps to change your password and to accept the first time log in disclaimer.

Remember: Access begins starting at 8:00 AM tomorrow! If you haven't already, be sure to read up on all you need to know in our Getting Ready Guide.

If you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to contact us. As a reminder, our Contact Center will be opening at 8:00 AM and all of our branch locations will be operating at normal business hours.



October 29th, 2024 - Update

Check your mailbox for your physical copy of our Digital Banking Getting Ready Guide! Please review all the information carefully to make sure you don’t miss any important action items before November 5th.

Reminder: Do not delete your current MHV Mobile App prior to November, 5th at 8am. You will not be able to re-download it.

Are you currently a user of the “Pay My MHV Loan” service in Digital Banking? With our enhanced Digital Banking experience there is a new process to make payments to your MHV loan from an account at another (external) financial institution.

How to set up new payments on or after November 5th, 2024:

1. Log into Digital Banking and Establish your External Payment Account:

Go to Transfers & Payments > Manage External Accounts > Add your External Account. Link and verify your external account.


2. Schedule Your One-Time Recurring Payment:

Once your external account is verified, go to Transfers & Payments > Loan & Credit Card Payments. Select your External Account in the "From" drop down and select the loan you with to pay in the "To" drop down.

It’s important to act promptly on or after November 5th to ensure your payments aren’t interrupted. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

October 22nd, 2024 - Update

We are 2 weeks away from launching our enhanced Digital Banking experience! To ensure a smooth transition on November 5th, please make sure to check off the following tasks:

Starting Monday, October, 28th, a number of Digital Banking services will be temporarily unavailable. Please review our full Getting Ready Guide for dates on when services will be unavailable and other important details.

October 17th, 2024 - Update

As a reminder, many of our current Digital Banking services will be unavailable starting Monday, October 28th. Please be sure to review the chart below for the services being impacted. October 9th, 2024 - Update

We are 4 weeks away from launching our enhanced Digital Banking experience! With that said, we want to ensure our members are prepared for the launch of our platform on November 5th. That’s why we created this helpful guide to walk you through what to expect as well as important action items to know as we get closer to our go-live date.

September 25th, 2024 - Update

For our current and future business members, we are excited to unveil the new business tools coming with our improved platform:

  • ACH – Use this payment method to send funds for Payroll or to pay vendors. Same day ACH will be available.*
  • Wires - Need to send funds quickly? You can now initiate and send a wire without having to step into a branch.*
  • Positive Pay – A check and ACH fraud prevention tool that allows a review of any checking account transactions not previously authorized.
  • Zelle for Business – Quickly and easily send and receive payments through your MHV Business Account.

To have these services enabled in your Digital Banking, please be sure to visit your local branch for more information and to see if these solutions are a fit for your business.

*Please note that there will be cut off times that may affect the processing of your ACH or Wire transfers.

September 19th, 2024 - Update

When it goes live, your enhanced Digital Banking Experience will include several new improvements we are excited to share.  

 These self-serve features will offer you the convenience of being able to take care of the following, without a visit or phone call!

  • Update your physical address, phone number and email address.
  • Select your statement delivery preference from either printed or eStatements.
  • Easily set up and send transfers to other MHV members

Please make sure your current contact information is up to date within Digital Banking by going to My Settings and verifying your phone numbers are accurate. This will ensure you will be able to receive a secure code, allowing you to log in to your enhanced Digital Banking experience when we go live.

September 13th, 2024 - Update

Our enhanced Digital Banking experience is coming later this year! Our new platform features exciting tools designed to help you bank like never before:

  • Aggregate external accounts to understand your larger financial picture.
  • Automate the process of updating your expired payment methods to your favorite subscription services.
  • Transfer automatic payments and direct deposits to your MHV account easier than ever before.

Over the next couple of months, we will continue to update this page with more details on these features as well as important updates to help keep you informed on what you need to ensure your transition over to our enhanced platform is as seamless as possible.

Get ready for an enhanced Digital Banking experience! We heard your feedback and have been diligently working on a new platform that will help you navigate though your financial journey. The new experience will offer enhanced tools and new features to give you the confidence you need to manage your money.

As a reminder, to ensure you have a smooth transition over to our new platform and to have no issues logging in, please make sure your contact information is up to date.

  • Visit My Settings while logged in through your desktop or mobile device.
