To start a video teller transaction, simply touch the screen and you'll be connect it. Enter your member or Social Security number on the keypad and place your ID face down on the scanner.

You can let the teller know if you want to deposit or withdraw cash or conduct a different type of transaction such as making a payment. Tellers can also answer account questions. The teller will ask you to sign for your transaction. Your teller can walk you through your entire transaction.
