Is my online banking changing?
Yes, effective August 1, 2016 your account information will be transferred over to MHV’s online banking. To learn more about MHV’s online banking click here.
Do I need to re-enroll in online banking?
No. If you currently use Bridgeway's Online Banking you can log into MHV's Online Banking on or after August 1, 2016 by using your current Bridgeway username and the last 5 digits of your Social Security Number for you password. You will be prompted to change your password and may need to change your username to meet MHV's security requirements. New User? Go to mhvfcu.com and click on ‘Register Now’ to sign up for MHV's Online Banking on or after August 1, 2016.
Will online banking and audio response work while Bridgeway FCU offices are closed?
No, all banking systems will be down as we transfer accounts to MHV. Please refer to our Conversion Timeline above for exact dates and times when account access will be unavailable.
Will U-Deposit still be available?
U-Deposit will officially end as of June 30, 2016. Any checks deposited through U-Deposit prior to June 30th will be processed upon mail receipt or at a Bridgeway FCU location. Starting August 1, 2016, you will have access to Mobile Check Deposit through the MHV Mobile Banking App. Learn more about Mobile Check Deposit here.
Will I still be able to pull all of my transaction history exports for Quicken after August 1, 2016?
Before Bridgeway completes its system conversion to MHV, you will need to modify your Quicken settings to connect with MHV Online Banking. Please note this information is time sensitive and only pertains to Quicken users. Please refer to the step by step guides below.
If you’re not a Quicken user, be sure to download .pdf files of your statements from Online Banking prior to 7/29/2016, because your account history will not transfer to MHV. To do this, login to your Bridgeway Online Banking, and select “View Statements” to see your statement history.” You can then save each .pdf file to your computer.
- 7/29/16: Export all transaction data to Quicken prior to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, July 29 as account history will not be carried over in Online Banking after the update.
Will audio response, the telephone banking system, change?
Yes, effective August 1, 2016, you will now have access to MHV’s EARS Audio Banking System. To access EARS, please call 845.336.4444.
Will my account history transfer over to MHV’s online banking and telephone audio response?
Transactions posted prior to 7:00 pm on Friday, July 29 will NOT be carried over in online banking and audio response. You MUST export all transaction data by 7:00 p.m. on Friday, July 29 to ensure that you have all of the account history that you need. Only Bill Pay information will be carried over. If you need to print out a check image, please stop by any branch and any check printing fees will be waived.
Will I get any new online services?
Yes, you will now have access to MHV’s Mobile Banking App with Mobile Check Deposit, FinanceWorks™ money management tool and PopMoney. Learn more about all the services MHV provides at mhvfcu.com/connect.
Will I still be able to pull all of my transaction history exports for Quicken and Quickbooks after August 1, 2016?
Transaction history will NOT carry over to MHV’s online banking and you will be unable to make any exports of past history to Quickbooks or Quicken after 7:00 p.m. on Friday, July 29. You MUST export all transaction data by 7:00 p.m. on Friday, July 29 to ensure that you have all of the account history that you need.
Can I still get copies of all my old checks in Online Banking after August 1, 2016?
Check images will be unavailable for all checks that clear and post prior to Friday, July 29. If there are check copies that you need we suggest that you download them prior to Friday, July 29. If you do need a copy of a check that was previously available online, MHV will waive check copy fees until September 30, 2016 for all Online Banking Users’ checks posted prior to July 29, 2016.
Will I need to set up my online Bill Pay information again when the update is complete?
Your current Bill Pay payees and settings WILL carry over to MHV's online banking. Please log in to MHV's online banking on or after August 1st to review your Bill Pay information and to become familiar with the service.
I previously set up account alerts through online banking. Will I need to re-establish these?
Yes, as your account alerts will NOT transfer over to MHV’s online banking. Please write down all of your current alerts prior to 7:00 pm on July 29, 2016 so you can easily re-establish them in MHV’s online banking.
Can I Still Use Bridgeway FCU’s Mobile Banking website?
Effective August 1, 2016, Bridgeway FCU’s Mobile Banking website will no longer exist. To access your accounts on the go, download MHV’s free Mobile Banking App from iTunes or Google Play. Learn more MHV’s Mobile App here.
