Yes, effective January 9, your account information will be transferred over to MHV’s Online Banking system and you will have access to MHV’s Mobile Banking App with Mobile Check Deposit, FinanceWorks™ money management tool and PopMoney. Do I need to re-enroll in Online Banking?
Your initial login to MHV’s Online Banking is as follows: Username: Current Central Hudson Username and Password: Last 5 digits of your Social Security Number. You will be prompted to change your Password and may need to change your Username to meet MHV's security requirements. Please note: If you currently use MHV's Online Banking you will continue to use that Username and Password to access your combined MHV and Central Hudson accounts. Will Online Banking and Audio Response work during Conversion Weekend?
No, all banking systems will be down as we transfer accounts to MHV. Please refer to our Conversion Timeline above for exact dates and times when account access will be unavailable.
Will the telephone banking system change?
Yes, effective January 9, 2017, you will now have access to MHV’s EARS Audio Banking System. Learn more about EARS here.
Will I get any new online services?
Yes, you will now have access to MHV’s Mobile Banking App with Mobile Check Deposit, FinanceWorks™ money management tool and Popmoney. Learn more about all the services MHV provides at mhvfcu.com/connect.
Can I still get copies of all my old checks in Online Banking?
Check images will be unavailable for all checks that clear and post prior to Thursday, January 5. If there are check copies that you need we suggest that you download them prior to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 5.
Will I need to set up online Bill Pay information again when the update is complete?
Yes. Gather all Bill Payer payee information prior to 2:00pm on Thursday, January 5 to re-establish your Bill Pay information in MHV's Online Banking on or after Monday, January 9. Do not schedule any payments to be made after January 5 in CHEFCU's Bill Pay system.
I set up Alerts through Online Banking. Will I need to re-establish these?
Account alerts that were established in online banking will not carry over to MHV and will have to be reestablished on or after January 9.
