Things to know:

  • Once you start using our new Digital Banking platform you will continue to use it through our official launch date.
  • If you currently use Mobile Check Deposit and BillPay, please note that functionality will be currently unavailable in our enhanced platform. You will receive communication once these services become available. To continue to use these services during Early Access, you will need to log into your current digital banking experience.


How to log in

You can log in to Digital Banking by visiting the following URL: https://digital.mhvfcu.com/mhvfcudigital/uux.aspx#/login. Be sure to bookmark or save this URL so that you can easily access it. 

 For the first time you will use your current username and password Test123. You will then receive a Secure Access Code (SAC) to your mobile device. From there you can update your new password.

    You should now see MHV’s logo, along with Terms of Service

    Using your Q2 Digital Banking Sign-On, Login to the app

    • Enter Username
    • Enter Password
    • Confirm SAC Code
    • Enable Notifications
    • Enable 2 Factor Authorization

    ACH

    Use the ACH payments function to send funds for Payroll or to pay vendors. Transactions are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The cut off time for same day ACH is 2:00pm. If your transaction is processed after 2:00pm, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Opt-in required.

    Wires

    Need to send funds quickly? Set up and send wire transfers through the Payments tile under the Business Banking tab. Wire transfers are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The cut off time for same day Wires is 3:00pm. If your Wire is initiated after 3:00pm, it will be sent the next business day. Opt-in required.

    Positive Pay

    Add issued checks to pay/return, make ACH decisions and create future rules. Opt-in required.

    $40 permonth, per enrolled account. Free for the first six months.

Additional new features include:

  • Funds transfers, stop payments, check orders, ACH and wire transfers can all be viewed in Online Activity Center. 
  • Estatements can be viewed from the mobile app and statement delivery method can be changed through the app as well.
  • Contact information can now be updated through Digital Banking.
  • Zelle for Business (available November 2024).

What's Changing:

  • Enhanced account sorting and filtering.
  • Coming as a future enhancement, there will be the improved ability to ask questions about account and transaction specific questions through Secure Messaging.

Actions you will need to take:

  • During Early Access, you can enable account alerts. Please note that we are working on a new system to support our alerts. The alerts you enable during Early Access will be deleted after our official launch and some may not be available to reconfigure.
  • Download the official Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play Store on the go live date.
  • Make note of any recurring transfers and confirm they are correct in the new system. As a reminder, cancelled or expired payments will not transfer over.
  • Download and export QuickBooks data if need be.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • A Secure Access Code (SAC) is a unique, single-use-6-digit code which protects against fraud by safeguarding your online transactions and sensitive information. A SAC is another level of authentication in addition to your Username and Password, providing you stronger online security.
  • You choose how you want to receive your SAC: by text or voice call. We need your current contact information for you to receive your SAC.
  • No, once you enter your SAC, you have the option to register your computer or device. Once your computer or device is registered, you will skip the SAC requirement when you log in again. To register your computer or device, click, "Register Device."
  • Log in to Digital Banking. Select "Update Password" under the Settings menu. Enter your old password, create a new password, and confirm your new password following the on screen password criteria.
  • Yes, once you have successfully logged into Digital Banking, you can update your Login ID via the Settings Tab under the Security Menu. Under this menu you can change your Login ID, Password or set up additional Security Access methods.
  • Yes. At initial login, you will have access to 24 months of transaction history. All future transaction history will be maintained in Digital Banking.
  • Yes, by clicking on the Home page, select the account you wish to export the details on. The 'Export' option is located on the right side of the screen, The following export formats are available:

    Spreadsheet (xls)
    Spreadsheet (csv)
    Microsoft OFX (ofx)
    Quicken (qfx)
    Quickbooks (qbo)
  • Yes, you can set up and receive alerts during Early Access. Please note that we are working on a new system to support our alerts. The alerts you enable during Early Access will be deleted after our official launch and some may not be available to reconfigure.
  • Yes, if you are enabled for these services you can create a template. Click on the Business Banking tab and navigate to the Payments tile to create a template.
  • ACH transactions are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The cut off time for same day ACH is 2:00pm. If your transaction is initiated after 2:00pm, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. 
  • Wire transfers are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The cut off time for same day Wires is 3:00pm. If your Wire is initiated after 3:00pm, it will be sent the next business day.
  • Yes, nicknames will transfer over to the new system.
  • Yes, you will need to download the new app from your phone's app store and delete the old app. For the best experience on mobile phones, and tablets, please use the app instead of the browser. When the upgrade concludes, the App Store and Google Play links will be available on this page.
  • You should not have to re-enroll in eStatements. When the upgrade concludes, please verify your selections in Digital Banking to ensure that all selections are accurate within the new system.
  • In the Digital Banking menu, choose Transfers & Payments. Then select the tile labeled Loan Payments. Choose which account you'll be paying from, and which account you're making the payment to. Then choose the payment type and hit submit.
  • If you need to reset your password, select the "Forgot your password?" link from the login page. After entering the requested information and clicking Submit, you will receive a text or voice call at the number we have on file with a SAC code. After entering the code on Digital Banking, you will be prompted to update your password. If you need to update your contact information, you can do so under the Settings Tab.
  • Yes, both scheduled and recurring transfers will convert over. As a reminder, cancelled or expired payments will not transfer over.
  • Yes, you can download the app from either the App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Certain transactions will require a SAC. These transactions include external transfers, wires, ACH payments and Contact Management changes.
