Employee Spotlight
Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union (MHV) is pleased to announce that Roger Campos has been transferred to the newly created position of Community Impact Business Relationship Manager. Roger has been with MHV since March 2021, previously serving as the Branch Manager of the Peekskill branch.
Expanding MHV’s Reach
In his new role, Roger will focus on supporting business membership across Westchester, Rockland, and Putnam counties. “I will work to expand MHV’s reach by growing relationships with business in the region,” Roger shares.
Roger’s approach focuses on building lasting relationships rather than simply offering new products. “The best part of my role is helping our members with real-life guidance that extends beyond just financial services,” he says. “This relationship-building creates trust, which could lead to future opportunities to serve our members as their financial needs evolve to support their business.”
Community Connections
As a longtime member of the MHV team, Roger has built strong ties to the Peekskill community and will continue to engage with local organizations. “I plan to stay visible and connected within the communities I serve,” he says. “My goal is to ensure that when business owners are ready to grow, they already know and trust MHV.”
Roger is also heavily involved in the community- including as Board President for SPARC, Inc., Secretary for the Hudson Valley Gateway Chamber of Commerce, and Vice President for the Peekskill Business Improvement District (BID). “The relationships I build in the community are key,” Roger notes. “When the community wins, we all win.”

Career Reflections
Reflecting on his career, Roger offers advice to those just starting out in the financial industry: “Stay focused, understand the competition, and always have a plan.” He emphasizes the importance of relationship-building and its impact on long-term success. “Building strong relationships with others leads to referrals and future opportunities,” he shares.
Looking Forward
Roger is excited about his new responsibilities and the opportunity to help MHV grow its business presence. “I look forward to using my existing connections and making new ones to support local business and help them achieve their financial goals,” he says. With his deep roots in the community and his commitment to relationship-building, Roger is ready to make an impact in his new role.
