This award recognizes employees who consistently exhibit TALENT: Top Performance, Availability, Leadership, Energy, New Vision, and Teamwork.
Adam was nominated by Jaime Rioux, Director of Contact Center Operations, in recognition of his exceptional dedication to our members. He consistently goes above and beyond to identify the right products and services to meet their needs; using his expertise to guide them through important financial decisions with care and confidence.
“Adam exemplifies the values we strive for—personalized service, leading with trust and integrity, and educating members throughout their financial journeys.” Jaime shares. “He truly makes a difference in the lives of our members and colleagues alike.”
The award was presented to Adam at a recent board meeting.
“It really means a lot to be recognized,” said Adam. “But the real reward is knowing I’ve helped make things easier for our members. Supporting them through important moments is what truly drives me.”
