Commonly asked questions

There is no fee to set up recurring payments from a payment profile. A small per-transaction fee may apply for one-time guest payments. The exact fee is shown before you confirm.

Payments take one business day to process. Payments made after hours or on weekends may post the next business day.

The portal has a maximum of $5,000 per payment. For larger payments, please use Online Banking or contact us.

You can pay most consumer loans through the portal. Visa Credit Cards, Lines of Credit, HELOCs, and Business Loans are managed separately.
