Positive Pay is a fraud prevention service offered to our business members to help detect and prevent check and ACH (Automated Clearing House) fraud. It works by comparing checks or ACH transactions presented for payment against a list of authorized transactions provided by the business. If discrepancies are found, the MHV flags the transaction for the business to review and decide whether to pay or reject it.
*Refer to our Fee Schedule for the monthly service fee to be applied if your balance falls below $5,000.
