A new look. The same credit union.

We’re now MHV Credit Union, and our rebuilt website goes live Monday evening, September 28. Your accounts stay exactly as they are.

Sixty-three years in the Hudson Valley.

SINCE 1963

We’ve served members here since 1963. We’ve watched you grow, supported you, cheered you on at big milestones, and been there when you needed us most. We’ve championed causes we care about and volunteered right alongside you, in a community we call home.

None of that came from a name or a logo. It came from people. The ones who stayed late to get a loan closed on time. The ones who caught something wrong before you did. The ones who sat down with you in a hard month and worked it out.

That’s the part we’re protecting. Everything else is just how we introduce ourselves, and we've decided to make MHV official.

We make it possible.

As we continue to grow to better serve your needs, we decided it was time to refresh our member-facing name, logo, and website. These changes reflect our continued investment in you.

That investment doesn’t stop here. We’re redesigning branches in Newburgh, Port Ewen, and Middletown. We’re adding new financial education tools. And we’re working behind the scenes to keep improving digital banking and our products.

Our name may be shorter, and our logo may change. Our commitment to you doesn’t.

You don’t need to do anything.

We remain a member-owned, not-for-profit cooperative. This name and website change is not a merger or an acquisition. Your deposits remain federally insured by the NCUA.

  • Your accounts.

    Your accounts.

Same account numbers. Same routing number.

  • Your cards.

    Your cards.

Your debit and credit cards keep working. No new cards to activate.

  • Your payments.

    Your payments.

Direct deposits and automatic payments continue without interruption.

  • Your credentials.

    Your credentials.

Your MHV Digital Banking username and password remain the same. (The login page has moved — see below.)

  • Your credit union.

Nothing changes as part of this.

We’re still Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union.

SAME CREDIT UNION

Our legal name and our federal charter don’t change. In our marketing, on our website, in our branches, and out in the community, we’ll introduce ourselves as MHV Credit Union.

Our current logo alongside our new MHV Credit Union logo

We’re introducing our new look gradually across our website, branches, cards, and member materials. Our website and marketing change on September 28. Everything else follows over the coming months. We’re doing it this way on purpose, to spend wisely and limit unnecessary waste.

So you’ll see both our current logo and our new one for a while. That’s expected. Both are us.

While our appearance is evolving, everything you’ve built with us stays exactly the same.

Built to help you find things faster.

EASIER TO NAVIGATE

We made real structural and content changes, not just a visual refresh.

The new website navigation, with Personal, Business, and Investment tabs and a Log In button

Logging in has one small change.
Log In is always in the navigation. Click it to go to our MHV Digital Banking login page, where you’ll enter your username and password. Previously, you typed them directly into the navigation bar. Your credentials haven’t changed, just where you enter them. We made this change because a dedicated login page is more secure than credential fields in the site navigation.

Everything you need is on the homepage.
Make a payment, find a branch or ATM, open an account, or view all our rates directly from the homepage. You can also search the site anytime using the magnifying glass icon in the navigation.

Personal, Business, and Investment have their own tabs.
As our site has grown, we’ve made it easier to find what you need. Easy-to-click tabs above the logo take you to each section and update the menus to match your needs.

We’ll keep improving it.
After launch, we’ll keep adding content and making adjustments based on your feedback and questions. If something’s hard to find, tell us.

Personal, Business, and Investment each have their own tab. You can also search the site using the magnifying glass icon in the navigation.

The name on the door is changing. The people behind it aren’t. They’re the ones who make it possible, and they’ll be right here on September 29, the same as they were on September 27.

We look forward to building what matters with you and our neighbors across the Hudson Valley.
